Coping With Pet Loss - Help

Neo passed away earlier today at around 2:20pm. She had something called wobbly hedgehog syndrome which is similar to MS in humans. I am absolutely crushed by this loss. I am currently in mental health treatment hundreds of miles from home so I haven’t gotten to hold her in ages. I will always regret that. I miss my little girl. I wish I could’ve been there and held her but I wasn’t.

If you have any tips at all with coping with grief / pet loss please leave it in the comments, I need some help with this. I can’t do it alone.

Such support can assist in navigating feelings of guilt or regret, especially if you couldn't be present during your pet's last moments. Remember, it's okay to grieve deeply; allow yourself to feel this loss. Reaching out to friends or family who understand what you are going through can also aid in the healing process.

Oct 19, 2024 - Exactly like 10 Years and 15 Days ago, our Nandy Conure/Parakeet like Parrot passed away due to his Medical Shots from the Veterinarian. One way how we cope from this is to keep his Leftover Tail Feathers. 🦜🪶
