🧘 Habit 1: wake up and stretch!

🧘 How It Helps Me: this helps me prep for the day, waking up my body and mind. Especially after working out at the gym the day before, it’s so important to stretch everyday!! I stretch throughout the day too!

🧘 Habit 2: Making lists

🧘 How It Helps Me: I can make a list for anything! I have notepads everywhere in my house! But it helps me stay organized. Plus, on the days I don’t feel like doing anything or I’m busy with other engagements it reminds me where I left off with house work, or where I’m at with groceries.

🧘 Habit 3: Journaling/ quiet time

🧘 How It Helps Me: I don’t always journal during my quiet time, but when I do it keeps my mind at ease, organizing my thoughts and feelings. But, On the days I don’t journal, I sit down either on my couch in my living room or on my bed, I turn my phone away from me, lights off and I get comfy! Closing my eyes and enjoying the moment. Letting go of the day I had.
