Fear has a way of creeping in quietly, taking over my thoughts, and making me feel powerless. Anxiety whispers “what if” over and over until it feels like I can’t breathe. But today’s scripture reminded me that I don’t have to stay in that place.
Psalm 34:4 says, “I sought the Lord, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears.”
That means I don’t fight fear alone. When I call on God, He listens. When I bring Him my worries, He doesn’t ignore me—He moves on my behalf.
