A protein packed twist on classic Rice Krispie treats! Soft, chewy, and naturally pink—perfect for a festive Valentine's Day snack or dessert 💖
Ingredients:
30g light butter
150g marshmallows (sugar-free optional)
1-2 tosp almond milk (or milk of choice)
120g rice bubbles/krispies
80g vanilla protein powder
25g sugar-free white chocolate chips (or regular white chocolate)
1 tbsp beet powder (for natural pink coloring)
🔪How to make them:
1. Mix rice bubbles, protein powder, white chocolate chips,
and beet powder in a bowl.
2. Melt butter, almond milk, and marshmallows in a
saucepan over low heat.
3. Pour melted mixture over dry ingredients and stir until
well coated.
4. Press into a lined/greased pan and refrigerate for 3-4
hours.
5. Cut into heart shapes or squares & enjoy!
