My favorite curved tips!
These are my go to because they have the perfect curve and best of all, they are clear!
I’ve been getting asked what tips I used to make my old school 90s set below so here you go:)
Super easy to apply!
-don’t put too much glue in the well and don’t use the whole part of the well to glue the tip down because it is really big and can cover the whole nail and we don’t want that
-once you glue them down you can cut to desired length, remember the shorter you go the less prominent that curve will be so I wouldn’t recommend these tips for short sets
-file sidewall to sidewall and bottom part of tip and they should look like the last picture! Prepped and ready for application 🫶🏽
Curved nails are making a big comeback, especially for those looking to channel the nostalgic vibes of the 90s. Utilizing clear nail tips, such as the GoldFinger Clear Nails, allows for a wide range of designs while maintaining a clean finish. To achieve the best results, it's crucial to understand the nuances of applying these tips. Start by limiting the amount of glue used—too much can lead to a messy finish. Remember to cut the tips to your desired length. The rule of thumb is that the longer the tips, the more pronounced the curve will appear, making them less suited for very short nails. To optimize the look, filing the sidewalls and the bottom part of the tip is essential. This attention to detail ensures that your nails are prepped to perfection and ready for application.
