Nail Camp 2026! Holy crap I didn’t know just how much I needed this experience and all that came with it. The healing I have done because of this experience as a person as well as the growth and motivation as a nail tech… there are just no words to describe how much I needed it and appreciate it all. As a person who really has a hard time socializing and has high anxiety, this group really helped me feel safe and seen. #nailcamp #nails #nailtechlife #selfcare #healingjourney @Nikki aka Nevermore Nails @Tiffani Cordoza
Attending Nail Camp 2026 was a pivotal moment not only for my career as a nail technician but also for my personal healing journey. The environment fostered an incredible sense of safety and acceptance, which is especially meaningful for those of us who face social anxiety or find it difficult to connect with others. Beyond just technical skills and nail art inspiration, Nail Camp provided a nurturing space where personal growth flourished. From the moment I arrived, surrounded by fellow nail techs passionate about their craft, I felt a sense of belonging that I hadn't experienced in similar events before. The camaraderie helped diminish my anxiety, encouraging me to open up and build meaningful relationships. I realized that this community extended beyond professional collaboration—it offered emotional support and self-care reminders, which are often neglected in the hustle of our industry. The "swag bag" and themed events like "Greek Week" added a fun and memorable dimension to the experience, creating lasting memories and symbolic markers of the journey we all embarked on. Not to mention, the healing power of sharing stories with Nikki (Nevermore Nails) and Tiffani Cordoza helped me appreciate that vulnerability can be a strength. For other nail techs feeling isolated or overwhelmed, I strongly encourage exploring such immersive experiences. Nail Camp isn’t just about nails—it’s about building resilience, rediscovering passion, and embracing self-care and healing, all within a community that truly 'gets it.' This trip has motivated me to continue growing both professionally and personally, keeping self-care at the forefront of my life as a nail artist.
