People change. Time heals, and time teaches.

2025/10/6 Edited to

... Read moreThrough my own experiences, I've come to realize that change is often subtle and unexpected. People around us may notice these shifts before we do, sometimes bringing feelings of comfort when it's positive growth, or sorrow when we feel a connection fading. Change can be both a healing warmth and a painful wound. I've found that time truly acts as a teacher and a healer. Initially, the pain can feel unbearable, as if the loss will never stop hurting. But gradually, day by day, the ache lessens. We learn to live with what’s lost, stop reaching for what’s gone, and eventually, the hurt fades—even if we can't pinpoint exactly when the pain ceased. This process is not linear or quick; it's personal and unique to each individual. Patience with oneself and allowing time to do its quiet work is vital. Embracing this journey has helped me understand that moving on doesn't mean forgetting, but rather growing in a way that includes both past experiences and new beginnings. For anyone navigating change, I encourage observing how time naturally eases pain, teaches resilience, and guides us to rediscover our strength. The wounds left by change may never fully disappear, but with time, they transform into lessons and renewed hope for life ahead.
