Motherhood is learning to let go in the most beautiful way 🤍

We raise them with intention…

we choose better for them…

we create a home that nurtures them, protects them, and teaches them what love really looks like.

From the little everyday moments… to the big ones that take your breath away—

it all matters more than we even realize at the time.

And while one is stepping into a new chapter…

I’m still soaking in the little moments with the ones who are still right here 🤍

So proud of the woman she’s become…

and trusting God with the rest of her story.

And if I’m being honest, my mama heart is feeling all of it at once 😭

She said yes to her dress 🤍

Hi, I’m Crystal! Just a mama doing her best to create a healthier, more intentional life for my family.

If you’re into that too, come hang with me in my little corner of IG @thedivinesoulshine ✨

... Read moreMotherhood is truly a journey filled with unexpected emotions and milestones that can catch even the most prepared parent off guard. One of the most significant moments comes when we witness our children stepping into new life chapters—whether it's starting school, moving out, or saying "yes to the dress" on a wedding day. These milestones often bring a mix of pride, joy, and bittersweet feelings as we start to let go. From personal experience, creating a nurturing environment focused on intentional living plays a huge role in how both parent and child navigate these transitions. Choosing to live with low toxicity, practicing wellness, and fostering open communication have been some of the ways I've aimed to build a home that embodies love and protection. These efforts may seem small in the day-to-day, but they build the foundation for resilience and trust in the children as they grow. One lesson I've learned along the way is that letting go doesn’t mean detaching but loving deeply enough to support independence. Placing trust in a higher plan, whether through faith or simply hope, can provide comforting perspective when the future feels uncertain. Moments like watching your daughter say yes to her wedding dress bring home the truth of how fast time flies and the profound privilege it is to share in these experiences. For mothers walking this path, taking intentional moments to soak in the present—whether it's holding a younger child's hand or celebrating a grown child's wedding milestone—adds richness to this beautiful, sometimes overwhelming journey. Motherhood is learning to cherish every stage and trusting in the unfolding story with love and faith.
