For example, during challenging phases, I started focusing on gratitude—something suggested by the phrase "Thankful Thursday" seen in the image—shifting my attention away from trying to control outcomes to appreciating what I do have. This simple practice helped reduce my emotional exhaustion and brought more calm to my mind. Peace, in my view, comes from aligning with life’s flow instead of fighting against it. By substituting force with wisdom and patience, I noticed a shift in my healing journey and overall emotional wellbeing.
