🙌Meal prep is cooking and eating the same meals for several days in a row. 🙌This is great for weight loss because it takes away the buffet style of variety eating. When you go to a buffet you will be more inclined to overeat because of the variety. 🙌It also takes away decision fatigue.

Push Mowing Counts as Cardio
