私も広島・横川の「味億」を訪れた際、まず赤いのれんの温かさに惹かれました。店内は活気があり、地元の方たちが何度も訪れる理由がすぐにわかります。スープは鶏ガラと小魚の旨みが絶妙に溶け合い、見た目はさっぱりながら、口にするとしっかりとコクが広がり、まさにクセになる味です。平打ち麺はほどよいコシがあり、そのスープとよく絡み、最後の一滴まで飲み干したくなる美味しさでした。 特に印象的だったのは、ネギのシャキシャキ感がアクセントになっていて、味のバランスが素晴らしい点です。チャーシューも柔らかくてジューシーで、ラーメンの満足感を高めてくれます。横川エリアでは他にもランチスポットが多いですが、こちらは「尾道ラーメンが食べたい」と思ったらまず候補にあがる名店だと思います。 広島ではカープの野球観戦やサンフレッチェのサッカー観戦の帰りに立ち寄る人も多く、思い出の味としても愛されています。広島駅からもアクセスしやすい横川エリアは観光もしやすく、広島城や縮景園、平和記念公園など観光名所を巡った後に訪れるのもおすすめです。 また、近隣のカプセルホテルCUBE広島はWi-Fiが整備されており、観光だけでなくリモートワークの拠点としても利用できるのも便利なポイント。このように、グルメと観光・滞在がセットで楽しめるエリアの魅力を味億のラーメンがより一層引き立てています。個人的には広島グルメ旅の思い出として、ぜひ何度でも再訪したいお店です。
