広島の流川エリアで人気の「つけ麺神徳」を訪れた際、驚いたのは極太麺のもちもち感と濃厚スープの絶妙なバランスです。麺はただ太いだけでなく、コシがあり食べ応え抜群で、スープは濃厚ながらも重たすぎず、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。特に〆の一杯としてぴったりで、飲み会の後に立ち寄る人が多いのも納得です。 流川・薬研堀周辺は飲食店が多くグルメスポットも豊富ですが、「神徳」はその中でも特にリピーターが多いことから、地元の方や観光客に愛されている証だと感じました。CUBE広島のカプセルホテルからも近いため、宿泊者には非常に便利なロケーションです。広島観光や宮島観光の前後に立ち寄って広島らしい味を楽しめるのも魅力の一つ。 また、つけ汁にしっかりと絡む極太麺は、つるつるとした食感ともちもちした噛み応えで、食べる手が止まりません。私自身、つけ麺は好きですがこんなに麺の食感が際立つお店は貴重だと思いました。濃厚でコクのあるスープも魚介系の旨味が効いていて、食べるたびに満足感が増します。店内も居心地よく、煩わしくない適度な賑わいで一人でも入りやすいです。 広島を訪れる際には、ただのラーメンではなく、もちもち極太麺をたっぷり楽しめる「つけ麺神徳」で、ぜひ広島の夜の〆を体験してみてください。
