I’ve been saying this for years: be careful where you book your Colosseum tickets. A follower booked through a third-party site - unknowingly - for a free entry day, and the operator tried to reschedule her by saying the Colosseum was closed… which isn’t true. I’m not yelling at you… I’m yell

Rome slows down when it rains. If you’re not in a rush, avoid “the rush”. Unless you need to be somewhere at a specific time, take it easy when it rains. Restaurants will understand if you’re late to your reservation. So, unless you have a Colosseum or Vatican tour that you CANNOT be late for
