尾道ラーメン「味億」は、広島市横川に古くから根付くラーメン店で、地元の人々や観光客から愛され続けています。私も広島を訪れた際に何度か足を運びましたが、ここのラーメンは何より背脂の旨みと醤油スープのバランスが絶妙。多くの尾道ラーメンは醤油ベースのスープに背脂を浮かべることで、コクと風味を際立たせていますが、「味億」のスープは重過ぎず最後まで飽きずに飲み干せるのが特徴です。 また、店自慢のシャキシャキのねぎがたっぷりトッピングされており、このねぎの食感と香ばしさがスープと非常に良く合います。中細のストレート麺もスープをよく絡め、とろみのあるスープと相まって口に入れる度に満足感があります。私は特に、にんにく、ニラ、とうがらしといったパンチのある食材が加わることで、味にアクセントが生まれクセになる味わいになると感じました。 横川エリアは、広島のローカルな雰囲気を残しつつ、カープの野球観戦やサンフレッチェのサッカー観戦、コンサート遠征などで訪れる人にとってもアクセスが良い場所にあります。尾道ラーメン巡りを計画する際にはぜひ候補に入れてほしいお店です。店の近くには広島の観光名所である平和記念公園や広島城、縮景園、広島県立美術館もあるので、観光とセットで訪れるのもおすすめです。 また、徒歩圏内にあるカプセルホテルCUBE広島では、Wi-Fi環境も充実しており、ラウンジやプライベートキャビンで仕事やリモートワークもしやすい環境です。広島観光やビジネスの合間に「味億」の尾道ラーメンを楽しみ、カプセルホテルで快適に過ごすというプランは非常に満足度が高いと感じました。次回の広島旅行やグルメ巡り、スポーツ観戦の機会があればぜひ訪れてほしい名店です。
