With your dominant foot, flick the ball behind your leg by lightly tapping it and simultaneously turning your body in the opposite direction to mislead your marker. 4. Follow-up: Once the ball is flicked, be ready to sprint in the new direction, ensuring you maintain balance and control. As you practice this drill, it's essential to incorporate various scenarios, such as facing different defenders, using both feet, and varying speed.
