Our other store, 'PASTA AMA' @ pastaama.bkk, has just updated a new menu. There are more than 200 menus to choose from with a new menu. The menu we ordered to eat today is very tired in the evening, tired all day and hungry.

Besides the menu we eat, the rice menu, the toys, the cakes, the smoothie drinks, there are a lot to choose from. Every dish is served hot. The atmosphere is great. We go on a rainy day in the evening. The delicious stuff is absorbed in the good mood. That day is very invigorating. Anyone who has not tried this shop is recommended to try it. เมื่อพูดถึงร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนในกรุงเทพฯที่มีความโดดเด่นไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องพาสต้าธรรมดา Pasta Ama ถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจมากๆ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว มาที่นี่ไม่ผิดหวังจริงๆครับ โดยเฉพาะเมนูอย่างสเต็กปลากะพงย่าง ที่เนื้อปลานุ่มแทบละลายในปากพร้อมกับซอสรสกลมกล่อมและผักสดใหม่ที่จัดมาอย่างตั้งใจ เมนูสลัดแซลมอนสดกับครีมชีสก็เป็นอะไรที่ผมชอบมาก โดยเฉพาะเวลาราดซอสที่เพิ่มความหอมและรสชาติอย่างลงตัวให้กับจานนี้ ผักสดกรอบช่วยให้รู้สึกสดชื่นทุกคำที่กิน มาถึงเมนู signature อย่างสปาเก็ตตี้คาโบนาร่าซอสพริกศรีราชาไข่ออนเซ็นกับเบคอนกรอบ จานนี้ต้องบอกว่าฟินจริงๆครับ ไข่ออนเซ็นเยิ้มๆ คลุกเคล้ากับซอสพริกศรีราชาเผ็ดแบบนัวๆ เบคอนกรอบๆ เพิ่มเท็กซ์เจอร์ให้จานนี้สมบูรณ์แบบ นอกจากนี้ยังมีพาสต้าแองเจิ้ลแฮร์เสิร์ฟพร้อมซอสโซบะเย็นและแซลมอนซาชิมิที่ให้ความรู้สึกญี่ปุ่นแท้ๆ ริซอตโต้ข้าวกล้องกับเห็ดทรัฟเฟิลออยล์ก็หอมเข้มข้นมาก ส่วนเพนเน่กุ้งกราแตงชีสก็ยืดชีสเยอะ กุ้งตัวใหญ่เต็มคำ ไม่เลี่ยนเกินไป ช่วยให้รู้สึกเต็มอิ่มและอร่อยทุกคำ เครื่องดื่มอย่าง Strawberry Yoghurt Smoothie กับ Strawberry Soda ก็ยกให้เป็นคู่หูที่เติมความสดชื่นได้อย่างดี ไม่หวานเกินไป ปั่นละเอียดพร้อมเนื้อสตรอว์เบอร์รี่มาเต็มๆ เวลานั่งทานอาหารที่นี่ ผมรู้สึกว่าร้านจัดบรรยากาศดีมาก แม้ไปในวันที่ฝนตกช่วงเย็นๆ ก็ยังรู้สึกอบอุ่นและผ่อนคลาย เหมาะกับการมานั่งชิลหลังเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน สำหรับใครที่ยังไม่เคยลอง ร้านนี้มีสาขาถึง 14 สาขา เลือกได้ตามสะดวก ใครที่ชอบอาหารอิตาเลียนหรืออยากลองเมนูใหม่ๆ หลากหลายรสชาติแนะนำเลยครับ ไว้ต้องหาโอกาสไปชิมเมนูใหม่ๆ ที่ร้านนี้อีกหลายๆ อย่างแน่นอน
