I always answer my phone Unless it says spam.. the apps have permission to call.

I answer a call from an app.. either they hangup. stay silent after first me saying hello. or like now chatting was sent her picture. even a video of her saying she is real. then the call. Nig-erian male talking and becomes quiet as soon as I say hello.
