The truth of our existence…

#truth #sunrise #sunset #ONE #peace

2025/6/20 Edited to

Life is a journey filled with moments of reflection and self-discovery. As we witness the sunrise of our collective existence, we are reminded of our interconnectedness and the importance of living harmoniously. Understanding the 'truth of our existence' invites us to cherish each moment and foster compassion among each other. In times of turmoil, recognizing our shared humanity can pave the way for peace and collective growth. The metaphor of sunrise symbolizes new beginnings, encouraging us to shed old perspectives and embrace a future where everyone is valued. By looking into one another's eyes, we uncover shared dreams and aspirations, reinforcing the idea that we are more alike than different. In a world that often feels divided, let us remember that we are 'One Human Race.' This crucial acknowledgment can act as a foundation for meaningful conversations and connection. Sharing stories and experiences can help us build bridges rather than walls, celebrating our diversity while recognizing the universal truths that bind us together. As we engage in dialogue about life, love, and peace, we are called to action: to live fully, with intention and dedication to the well-being of our global family. Together, we can rise to the challenge of creating a brighter, more peaceful world.

We Must Speak Our Truth

We are survivors. victors, and warriors every day. Every month, and every year, we awaken and remember. If we don't advocate, then who will? We are abandoned, called liars, and shamed. We lived it, and tragically it lives on in our minds and even our bodies. CPTSD and PTSD change the brain. We
