I understand that focusing is difficult, especially in the era when everything in mobile phones is designed to draw our attention, so I outlined the four steps that ADHD people (like us) have actually taken.
The key is not "force," but "environment." If we remove the temptation, the brain will be incredibly efficient. Let's start with the 50 / 10 rule. Divide the time clearly and you will find out how two hours of concentration can change our lives.
