But fruits are one of the best things to consume except Watermelon. Everything in moderation is fine. It’s the only fruit that doesn’t hv natural sugar! Bananas, blueberries, strawberries it’s all natural sugar, very low and sugar too and very high in fiber and that’s what you want. You want a high five a high protein diet so this is very very good this information here will help a lot of people to reform their diet better but my grandfather always after every meal he always had food and he always said he always have food after your meals after you digest and we always sit at my grandparents house. We always did at my family‘s house and we do my house all the time I make the AQUA eyeballs they are so good. I have a blueberries on the bottom, strawberries on top of that bananas, 1 tablespoon of Skippy peanut butter with honey and I add a little bit more honey to it honey and then I put granola with sun-dried blueberries into it, and I mix it up it is absolutely delicious. not fattening very very healthy for you and it will regulate you for your morning. Bowel movements food is very low in sugar, natural sugar and high in fiber. You always want high fiber or high protein meals every single day that you go if anybody needs recipes I will give you recipes that my own recipes. Everything I have is my own recipes!
