Running Strength Training - session 1
I think this is probably been one of the most vulnerable things I’ve posted but its good to grow.
I broke my collarbone in 2 places in 2023 and put on a lot of weight (3 stone). Although I ran two marathons in April 2025 it was a struggle as I neglected my strength and mobility training as wanted to focus on running.
As I run Brighton and London Marathons for @refugecharity 2 weeks apart in April this year I’m going to improve this significantly by doing all the training and losing some weight.
