20km morning run

Morning! Just heading out to do 20km - the longest I’ve ran since last April’s marathons. And the last time I even ran 14km or more was in August.

With that in mind I’ve spent a good amount of time warming up with stretches on the upper torso, legs, calves, back, especially the ankles, and am now walking for 15 minutes.

I’m also gonna keep this quite flat but trial out half the marathon course to see how that feels and noticing those bumps or cambers in the road that might cause problems in 12 weeks time.
