Getting Back Into Embroidery 🍂 My Little Fall Pump

I’ve been feeling so inspired lately and decided to get back into embroidery after years! I used to do a little when I was younger, but it’s been forever — and honestly, I’m a bit rusty 😅

Since it’s fall, I wanted to make something seasonal. I found these adorable little embroidery frames on Amazon (they were such a good deal!), and used fabric from a golden-brown shirt I had. It wasn’t the best fabric choice because it’s stretchy, but the color was just too perfect to pass up.

For one hoop, I stitched three tiny pumpkins with some leaves 🍁

For the other, I did the same leaves with the word thankful. The lettering didn’t turn out perfectly — still learning! — but I love the leaves and the warm fall vibes.

Even with a few mistakes, I’m so happy with how they turned out. It feels amazing to be creating again. 🧵✨
