Cranberry White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
Ingredients:
• 1 c. softened butter
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 c. white chocolate chips (or more)
• 1/2 c. macadamia nuts (or more)
• 1/4 c. dried cranberries (again, or more. Measure these with your heart).
Preheat your oven to 375*F.
Add your butter and sugars to a stand mixer. Mix until light and fluffy.
Mix in your eggs and vanilla. Make sure they are fully combined.
Add your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt). Remember to scrape the sides!
Add your chocolate, nuts and cranberries. Mix well.
Using a cookie scoop, drop balls of cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
After the cookies are removed from the oven, allow the cookies to rest for 5 minutes before transferrina to a coolina rack.
