White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
Recipe:
• 1 cup softened butter (two sticks)
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 3 tsp. corn starch
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 11/2 cups white chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Add the butter to a stand mixer and mix until whipped. Add the sugars and mix until whipped again.
Add the vanilla and eggs. Mix until light and fluffy.
Add the flour, baking soda and corn starch. Mix until well combined.
Add the white chocolate chips and nuts to the cookie dough. Mix on a medium speed until everything is well incorporated.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a cooling rack until the cookies are at room temp.
