So glad we decided to have the 3rd ✨🫶🏼🧸🦢
As a mom of three, I've found that certain approaches truly make a huge difference in managing the day-to-day chaos. First, prioritizing time is vital. With three children, it's impossible to do everything perfectly, so focusing on what matters most each day helps reduce stress and keeps the household running more smoothly. For example, setting aside specific times for meals, homework, and family bonding creates a comforting structure amidst the busy schedule. Second, self-care is not a luxury—it's a necessity. Many moms tend to put their own needs last while caring for their families, but I’ve learned that dedicating even a few moments a day to recharge physically and mentally improves overall well-being. Whether it’s a short walk, reading a book, or simply breathing deeply, these pauses build up resilience and help prevent burnout. Lastly, accepting that life with three kids is inherently messy and imperfect is liberating. There will be chaotic mornings, uneven nights, and countless little surprises, but choosing to embrace these moments rather than resist them makes life more enjoyable. Instead of striving for a perfect household, I focus on the joy in small wins and the warmth of family connections. Remember, every family is different, and what works for one might not work for another. The key is to find your own balance, prioritize what truly matters, and give yourself grace along the way.
