✅ In healthcare and i’m sure plenty of other professions, it could be times where your needed on your days off and short on staff on those busy days. It’s alright to get that extra money, but also know when to take a break! ❌ Over working yourself can put a lot of stress on you!!

✅ Eating a health balanced meal and fitting in some exercise is beneficial … As it helps with stress, it always helps with keeping your energy up! ⬆️
