Honestly, this vid is my first time back after 3 days into this 💧fast. Light + low impact workouts was already putting me into over 160 bpm. 11 more days to go or maybe 18 more days to go?? I have yet to do a 21 day extended 💧 fast & my gut is telling me that I will accomplish it this time 🥹
