You can build muscle (and glutes) even as a tall girl. You just need to: 1️⃣ Follow a structured progressive overload plan. 2️⃣ EAT! We require more food to fuel our bodie. Ideally eating in a slight surplus (aiming for 1.6 - 2.2 grams protein per kg of bodyweight) to help support muscle growth

As a tall lifter, it can really feel like you’re putting in a whole lot of work and getting nowhere but you are making progress. It just takes longer to fill out frames to see the results of your hard work. Stay consistent, be patient, the results will come… and they will be GLORIOUS 🔥 #gymtok
