Lil photo shoot lolš„°
Donāt go too hard on me I was giving off vibes lol#shootyourshot #photosš #unfiltered
Okay, so you saw my little photo shoot post and maybe you're wondering how to get those 'vibes' yourself! I totally get it. Sometimes a formal shoot feels like too much pressure, right? That's why I've been loving these playful photo shoots lately. They're all about just being yourself and capturing genuine moments, not perfect poses. For me, the key is to not overthink it. First, find a place where you feel comfortable and can move around freely. It could be your backyard, a local park, or even a cozy corner of your home. The lighting is super important too ā natural light is always a winner for that soft, authentic feel. Next, think about what makes you feel happy and relaxed. For outfits, I usually go for something comfortable that I can easily move in. Think flowy dresses, comfy jeans and a cute top, or even just your favorite casual wear. The goal isn't to look like you're trying too hard, but to look like *you*. Props can add so much fun! A colorful umbrella, a silly hat, a favorite book, or even just a cool coffee cup can spark some really playful interactions. Don't be afraid to just play around with them. One time, I even used a balloon, and the photos turned out hilarious! When it comes to poses, forget everything you think you 'should' do. Instead, just *move*. Laugh, jump, twirl, dance, make funny faces! Think about things that genuinely make you smile. I often put on my favorite playlist to get into the mood. It really helps loosen me up and just enjoy the moment. Sometimes, I even try to think of playful captions while I'm shooting, like "stalking me now huh?" ā it helps bring out those natural, sassy expressions. Embrace the 'unfiltered' aspect too. Not every shot needs to be perfectly composed or edited. The beauty of a playful shoot is capturing the raw, candid moments. Some of my favorite photos are the ones where I'm mid-laugh or making a goofy face. They tell a story and feel so much more real. If you're shooting with a friend, encourage them to just interact naturally with you. Whisper jokes, chase each other, or have a little dance-off. Those candid interactions often lead to the best, most vibrant photos. Even if you're alone, use a self-timer and just let loose! The less pressure you put on yourself, the more authentic and joyful the photos will be. Give it a try, you might be surprised how much fun you have!
