I wanted to share a deeper dive into what 'Day 1' really means for me and what I’m focusing on to get the most out of this experience. It's not just about taking the shot; it’s about a whole new lifestyle. First off, the prep was key. As you saw, they sent me this scale, which is super motivating. But beyond that, I've been getting familiar with the accompanying app. Seriously, download the app to your phone and move the app icon to your Home screen, where you'll see it every day! It’s going to be my daily companion for tracking everything. I also got connected with a coach through the program, which is such a bonus for guidance and support. Knowing I have someone to talk to about my diet plan and progress makes a huge difference. My morning routine now starts with that daily weigh-in, just to keep myself accountable. It’s a gentle reminder of my goals. For the diet plan, I’m really focusing on high-protein, low-carb meals to help with satiety and muscle preservation. I spent a good chunk of my afternoon today doing meal prep for the week. Think grilled chicken salads, lean ground turkey with veggies, and plenty of water. I’ve heard from others on Zepbound that hydration is super important! I'm aiming for balanced meals that keep my energy up without feeling deprived. When it comes to activities, my goal is to incorporate lots of walking. I’m starting with at least 30 minutes every day, aiming to gradually increase it. It’s not about intense workouts right now, but consistent movement. I'm curious to see how fast does Zepbound work, but I know consistency is key. I'm not expecting immediate 'before and after' transformations, but I'm excited to document the small wins and feel the changes over time.
