The Air Force has detected numerous attempts to use drones to explore military locations and government agencies in many key areas of Thailand, which pose a serious threat to spying efforts to commit acts that jeopardize military infrastructure and may include civilian infrastructure. Designated military and security officials have the authority to use Anti Drone systems to destroy targets immediately, and the perpetrator will commit espionage / spy offences that affect the security of the kingdom, with severe penalties, life imprisonment or execution.

Currently, the situation of conflict between Thailand, Cambodia, still needs to be monitored. Drones are a serious threat and affect public security and life. The Air Force is asking for the cooperation of all citizens who see or know clues about the flight of drones, including those who may violate the law, to notify the 1374 security hotline or nearby government agencies for 24 hours.

ภัยคุกคามจากโดรนที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วในยุคปัจจุบันกลายเป็นเรื่องที่ทุกภาคส่วนของประเทศต้องให้ความสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในพื้นที่ทางทหารและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญของรัฐ ซึ่งโดรนสามารถถูกใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการสอดแนมหรือสะท้อนเจตนาร้ายที่อาจกระทบต่อความมั่นคงและความปลอดภัยของประชาชน กองทัพอากาศไทยได้ติดตั้งและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีระบบ Anti Drone ที่สามารถตรวจจับและตอบโต้โดรนที่บินเข้ามาในพื้นที่เป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมไปถึงการตั้งกฎระเบียบเข้มงวดเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานโดรน เพื่อป้องกันเหตุการณ์ที่อาจนำไปสู่วิกฤติความมั่นคงของชาติ นอกจากนี้ ประชาชนก็มีบทบาทสำคัญในการเฝ้าระวังและแจ้งเบาะแสกรณีพบการบินโดรนที่น่าสงสัย หรือโดรนที่ใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในบริเวณชายแดน หรือพื้นที่ที่มีความขัดแย้งอย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น เขตชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ซึ่งสถานการณ์ความตึงเครียดยังคงต้องเฝ้าระวังอยู่ตลอดเวลา ในแง่ของกฎหมาย ผู้ที่ทำการบินโดรนเพื่อสอดแนมหรือจารกรรม จะถูกดำเนินคดีอย่างรุนแรงตามกฎหมายความมั่นคงชาติ โดยมีบทลงโทษสูงสุดทั้งจำคุกตลอดชีวิตและประหารชีวิตเพื่อเป็นตัวอย่างให้แก่ผู้ที่คิดฝ่าฝืน เพื่อให้การรักษาความมั่นคงของประเทศไทยเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ควรส่งเสริมการเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับอันตรายจากโดรนและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องในทุกภาคส่วน รวมทั้งสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างประชาชน หน่วยงานทหาร และฝ่ายความมั่นคงในการแจ้งเตือนและป้องกันภัยจากการใช้โดรนที่ผิดกฎหมายได้อย่างทันท่วงที
