Brooklyn Mile๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ

Every year my local run store hosts the BKLYN MILE!

Brooklyn Running Co. wins best race of the year. Although itโ€™s only a mile, itโ€™s time to give it everything youโ€™ve got!!๐Ÿ˜…

Last year my mile PR was 8:35 and today I ran a 7:45. I am so proud of that time. Iโ€™ve been dealing with an injury in my leg and havenโ€™t run as much as Iโ€™d like to in the last few months. ๐Ÿ˜…

I started running just a bit over a year ago. Iโ€™m not a fast runner, but seeing this change in my mile time motivated me to try to become even faster!!๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ
