... Read moreEntering my 30s brought a profound shift in how I view life, priorities, and personal growth. One of the most meaningful things I've shed is the relentless need to prove myself. In previous years, I often felt compelled to explain my choices and actions to others, seeking their approval or understanding. Over time, I realized that this only drained my energy and blurred my sense of self. I’ve also lost the habit of shrinking myself to keep others comfortable. This pattern of minimizing my needs or silencing my voice in social settings was a common way to avoid conflict or disappointment. But as I embraced my 30s, I learned that true peace comes from authenticity, not from pleasing everyone around me. The fear of starting over used to hold me captive. Whether it was changing careers, ending unhealthy relationships, or redefining my goals, I was paralyzed by the uncertainty. However, losing this fear has been liberating; it allowed me to grow and welcome new opportunities without the heavy weight of doubt. Perfectionism was another burden I gladly let go. Striving for flawlessness exhausted me mentally and physically. Acknowledging that mistakes are part of life helped me build resilience and self-compassion. It also reduced burnout and improved my overall well-being. Lastly, I lost the feeling of FOMO — the fear of missing out. I now value my peace over fleeting social engagements. Choosing to rest or say no protects my energy and fosters deeper connections with what truly matters. If you’re navigating your 30s or approaching them, take time to reflect on what beliefs or habits might be holding you back. Losing parts of yourself isn’t a loss at all; it’s a powerful gain in self-awareness and peace. As you protect your peace and prioritize yourself, you’ll find that life becomes richer and more fulfilling.

my whole life i defined consistency as perfection. if i slipped up, missed a day, made a mistake, then in my head i “broke my streak” and had to start all over again (which is super discouraging) but consistency isn’t doing everything exactly right every day. it’s about showing up to the table -

How To Exude Being A Princess?
🎀 1️⃣ Treat your presence as a privilege! Think “I’m not free, I’m expensive” not everyone deserves to have access to you or even being around you. Save your presence for people who you align with more. Trust me, people will treat you with higher respect and regard, and people who don’t will see

being a student AND being a reader | ⚖️
Attending college full time while being an avid reader STINKS! Either I read to much and neglect my school work or go all in study and my (dusty) book shelves sit taunting me. Now that I am half way through the semester, I think I have finally figured out a balance. 📚1. Choose the correct book-
