Took advantage of day and hit the Peekskill Anytime Fitness early. Third day in a row weights after spending time with the kettlebell and resistance bands over the weekend. Picked up the usual post-workout dinner from Mercado Azteca deli and then splurged on some gas. #bodytransformation #fit

I’ve had a goal of 200 for what seems like forever. And I finally hit it this week, which surprised me, considering the previous few days. Next stop: 185. I’ll increase the intensity with the kettlebells and work on improving my cardio. And of course, keep an eye on what I put in my body.
