I used to workout every day. This past year I dropped off the face of the earth when it came to working out. I still live a very active lifestyle. I rock climb several times a week, I backpack, even my work is physically demanding, but today I decided it was time to get back in the gym. So this was my routine after a 2 hour rock climbing sesh and I KNOW I’m going to feel it tomorrow! Any workouts you want to recommend that would fit in this set or any changes you think I should make? Always open to suggestions! 🏋🏻‍♀️

- Lat pull downs wide grip

- Single arm lat pull down

- Seated close grip row

- Bench press

- chest press

- Rear Deltoid Fly

- Chest Flys

- Pull-ups / Chin up to fail

I usually do 4 sets of 12 but since I haven’t worked out in a year I started with 4 sets of 8!
