Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Weight Loss Recipes) 🐓🥬
One of my favorite Healthy Meals I could eat all Day!
Ingredients 📋
• pack of chicken tenderloins
• Pam olive oil spray
• minced garlic
• onion
• bell peppers
• lemon
• lime
• guacamole
• ranch (I use the light for less calories)
• lettuce leaves
• jalapeños
• smoked paprika
• true Texas bbq sweet heat rub (I like H-E-B brand)
• kinder’s salt, pepper, & garlic blend seasoning
Instructions ⏲️
- wash & clean chicken
- season to personal preference
- turn on fire to medium heat and add minced garlic and olive oil spray
- pan sear each tenderloin 3 minutes each side (medium heat)
- bake in over 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- wash & slice all veggies
- pan sear bellpeppers, jalapeños, onion, & sweet peppers in one pan
- add minced garlic and squeeze lemon & lime juice onto veggie blend
- season veggies lightly with same seasonings
- take chicken out oven and slice
- plate everything on lettuce leaf and squeeze little ranch and spoon some guacamole on there.
