GLUTES AT HOME!! I used 15, 20, and 15 pound dumbbells and a 15 pound kettle bell for this workout. The reps were a little all over the place because ya girl was not thriving this morning (a cold is trying to creep its way into my life), but most importantly, I got it done. ****************
