In our experience, the reasons for the bank to approve the loan are as follows:

Banks will lend loans for those who have the power to pay, such that each month's installment of condos must not exceed 30% -40% of their monthly income.

This is also important. If the company does not have stability, it is the reason that the bank can reject us.
✅ Current liabilities
In this clause, the bank calculates the liabilities of the individual. If it exceeds 40% or more of its monthly income, it may make approval more difficult or it may not recover 100%.
