The udon shop with only a 💖 counter was very delicious, which is a 10-minute walk from Yaotome Station on the Namboku Line 🤤 There are only counter seats in the store! It was the atmosphere inside the store that conveyed the owner's love of cleanliness 🧡 This time I ordered udon with red and white soy sauce 😳 I wonder if it contains yuzu, the chopsticks did not stop with the refreshing soup 😂 The noodles were thick and very chewy, and the response was great 🔥 After finishing the noodles, I poured the soup over the rice 😼 asked for pepper cheese and ate it, but it was so good!! 私も朱華のつけうどんを初めて食べた時、そのコシの強さに驚きました。太麺のしっかりとした食感は、噛むたびに小麦の旨みが口いっぱいに広がります。特に印象的だったのは、つけ汁の柚子の爽やかな香り。さっぱりしているのに深みのある味わいで、食べ進めるほどに癖になりました。 カウンター席のみのこぢんまりとした店内は、店主の清潔感あふれる気配りが感じられ、とても居心地が良かったです。私は朱華醤油つけうどんを注文しましたが、メニューには辛味噌やカレーなどバリエーションも豊富で、次回は違う味も試してみたいと思いました。 麺を食べ終えた後、つけ汁をかけて食べるだし飯は絶品の〆。この食べ方があることで、最後まで満足感高く食事を楽しめます。そして、トッピングのペッパーチーズは初めての組み合わせでしたが、スパイシーさとチーズのコクがつけ汁と意外にもマッチし、やみつきになる味でした。 個人的なアドバイスとして、訪れる際は小盛から大盛まで選べる麺の量を意識して、自分のお腹具合に合わせて選ぶのがおすすめです。また、辛さも調節可能なので辛いもの好きな方はぜひ挑戦してみてください。これからも八乙女エリアに訪れる時には、朱華のつけうどんをリピートしたいと思います。
