The story of "Kirihara Ryoji," the pawnshop owner's son or "Kirihara Yosuke," a 1973 murder victim, and the story of "Nishimoto Yukiho," the daughter of a "Fumiyo" suspect who later ended his own life.

The plot / storyline is good, it's fun, maybe it's not fun at all, there's nothing to win, it's not very complicated, it's easy to read, it's easy to understand, but it's a little confusing with the characters, because the timeline of the story is 19 years, so a lot of characters.
The slow, very boring, I had to switch to read a lot of other books, it took me 10 days to finish. The length had only a bit of part, but the story was not interesting. It was like looking at what the two main characters did. The second thing was just doing, which was suspicious of how to connect. But, no, no switching to the investigation part. It was very boring. Very long, very difficult to read.
It's hard to guess, I can't guess how those two will grow up, what they do, but what they do is not very peak. No, wow, no, no, no, no, no, it will be indifferent. If it was in that era, it might not be indifferent.
In the days before the end, when everything was done, it was probably the best part, because the truth that came out was so much more than expected, so wow, but with the passing, it was so boring, it didn't really cover up.
Medium overall, a little fun, but a lot more boring, long, hard to read, a little disappointed, I thought it was like Maya night, which I really liked, really loved.

เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ชหาข้อมูลก่อนซื้อ “พระอาทิตย์เที่ยงคืน (白夜行)” ของฮิงาชิโนะ เคโงะ เราว่าหนังสือเล่มนี้เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบ “นิยายสืบสวน-อาชญากรรมแบบค่อย ๆ คลี่” มากกว่าสายระทึกขวัญที่ต้องมีฉากสืบสวนสลับตลอดเวลา เพราะโทนมันจะเหมือนติดตามชีวิตตัวละครยาว ๆ แล้วค่อยพาไปเจอจุดเชื่อมในช่วงท้าย โครงเรื่องหลักจะพัวพันกับคดีในปี 1973 และลากยาวเป็นไทม์ไลน์ประมาณ 19 ปี ทำให้มีตัวละครเยอะตามช่วงเวลา อันนี้เป็นจุดที่หลายคน (รวมถึงเรา) อาจงงได้ในช่วงแรก ๆ วิธีที่ช่วยได้คือจดชื่อ “คิริฮาระ เรียวจิ” กับ “นิชิโมโตะ ยูกิโฮะ” ไว้เป็นแกน แล้วไล่ว่าแต่ละบทกำลังเล่าช่วงอายุ/เหตุการณ์ของใคร จะอ่านลื่นขึ้นมาก อีกอย่างที่อยากแชร์คือ “เล่ม 1–2” (บางชุดเป็นกล่องสีดำ) แยกเป็นสองเล่มเพราะความหนา ไม่ได้แปลว่าเนื้อเรื่องตัดเป็นสองภาคชัด ๆ ดังนั้นถ้าจะเริ่มอ่าน แนะนำเผื่อแรงและเวลาไว้หน่อย อ่านวันละนิดแบบสม่ำเสมอจะดีกว่าฝืนอ่านยาว ๆ เพราะจังหวะเรื่องค่อนข้างเนือยจริง ส่วนงานทำเล่มถือว่าน่าสะสมมาก ปกเล่ม 1 ที่เป็น “กรรไกร” กับเล่ม 2 ที่เป็น “เงาเด็กชายหญิงจับมือกัน” รวมถึงที่คั่นหนังสือลายเดียวกัน ทำให้ฟีลเหมือนเก็บของสะสมจากเรื่อง ถ้าถามว่า “สนุกไหม” สำหรับเรา ความสนุกจะไปกองอยู่ช่วงท้ายตอนที่เริ่มเฉลยความจริง ถ้าคุณชอบแนวอ่านไปแล้วค่อยร้องอ๋อทีเดียวตอนจบ มีสิทธิ์ชอบเล่มนี้ แต่ถ้าคาดหวังความลุ้นระทึกแบบมีตำรวจ/การสืบสวนเด่น ๆ ทุก ๆ ช่วง อาจรู้สึกเหมือนอ่านชีวิตคนสองคนที่ทำอะไรเงียบ ๆ ไปเรื่อย ๆ แล้วค่อยเฉลยทีเดียว ส่วนคำค้นที่บางคนเจออย่าง “ยูกิ19 vk” เราไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นชื่อเพจ/ไฟล์/แหล่งแชร์นอกแพลตฟอร์มหรืออะไร แต่ถ้าตั้งใจอ่านเพื่อเสพงานเขียนและอรรถรส แนะนำอ่านฉบับแปลไทยถูกลิขสิทธิ์จะไหลลื่นกว่า และได้รายละเอียดเต็ม ๆ ปิดท้าย เผื่อหลงมาจากอีกคีย์เวิร์ด: “ป.กศ. ย่อมาจากอะไร” โดยทั่วไปมักใช้ย่อจาก “ประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต” (บางบริบทก็เจอในสายครู/การศึกษา) แต่ไม่ค่อยเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาในนิยายเล่มนี้นะ สรุป: ถ้าคุณอยากลองฮิงาชิโนะ เคโงะในโทนหม่น ๆ ค่อยเป็นค่อยไป และยอมแลกความช้ากับตอนจบที่เฉลยแรง ๆ พระอาทิตย์เที่ยงคืนคือเล่มที่ควรลอง แต่ถ้าอยากได้ความ “สืบสวนจ๋า ๆ” อาจต้องปรับความคาดหวังก่อนเริ่มอ่าน
