นอกจากตัวเรื่องที่เล่าผ่านมุมมองของหมอรุ่นน้องทาคานาชิ ยู ทำให้ได้เห็นมุมมองการแก้ปริศนาแบบเรียบง่ายและไม่น่าเบื่อแล้ว ผมยังชอบการใช้เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในโรงพยาบาลมาเป็นตัวเชื่อมโยงแต่ละเคส เช่น เหตุการณ์เด็กเห็นกัปปะในบึง หรือไฟวิญญาณในตึกผู้ป่วย ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่เพิ่มความลึกลับแต่ยังทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนกำลังอ่านเรื่องราวที่มีชีวิตจริงรอบข้างเรา การนำเสนอปริศนาแต่ละบทจะเหมือนเป็นเคสที่แยกกัน แต่อ่านต่อเนื่องได้ดีไม่สะดุดเลย ในส่วนของการวางโครงเรื่อง ผมรู้สึกว่าเนื้อหาไม่ได้ซับซ้อนจนเกินไป เหมาะมากกับคนที่อยากอ่านนิยายสืบสวนสอบสวนแต่ไม่อยากเจอกับเนื้อหาโหดๆ หรือฆาตกรรมรุนแรง ตัวละครเอกของเรื่องที่เป็นแพทย์สาวเรื่องราวจึงออกมาอบอุ่นและมีเสน่ห์แตกต่างจากนิยายแนวเดียวกันทั่วไป และอีกหนึ่งจุดเด่นที่ผมประทับใจคือจังหวะการเล่าเรื่องที่รวดเร็วผ่านสายตาของตัวละครรองอย่างทาคานาชิ ยู และจบแต่ละปริศนาได้อย่างคาดไม่ถึง เล่นกับความคาดหวังของผู้อ่านได้ดีมากๆ ผมอ่านแล้วรู้สึกได้ลุ้นไปกับทุกขั้นตอนการแก้ไขปริศนา และชอบความรู้สึกอบอุ่นบริเวณตอนท้ายเรื่องที่ทำให้รู้สึกว่านักเขียนตั้งใจสร้างความผูกพันระหว่างตัวละครและผู้อ่านอย่างแท้จริง หากใครที่สนใจอยากอ่านนิยายสืบสวนสอบสวนแบบที่อ่านแล้วรู้สึกเบาสมอง ไม่น่ากลัวและมีความอบอุ่นในเนื้อเรื่อง ขอแนะนำ "แพทย์สาวยอดนักสืบกับแฟ้มคดีปริศนา" เล่มนี้เลยครับ ผมเชื่อว่าจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งหนังสือที่คุณอยากหยิบมาอ่านซ้ำได้เรื่อยๆ และอยากให้มีสืบสวนแบบนี้เพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆในวงการนิยายบ้านเรา
