Not as depressed as "Manu does" and not as wow as "The Vetterian.

The story of the pojette, or a book about the "Jeju Islands massacre," by "Kyung Ha" and "Incheon," two close friends whose other person, Incheon, was directly local, made what was transmitted from her quite touching that she was shocked by the event, not unlike the one who was in it. This grief was taken from her mother to her. It also affected close friends like Kyung Ha.
Plutton / The story is good, pompous, somber, sad, depressed, gradual, gradual, gradual, but not equal to a human being. In comparison, this book is light. What it reflects is more about the person who has to live after the incident, what it affects. It even affects the person who comes to make the book and keeps the nightmare. The way to tell this book is relatively new to me. It's a little confusing to go back and read the first chapter. I understand, wow, but not as The Vetarian.
The story is not very fast. It is a way through the view of Kyunha, and the view of Incheon and her relatives involved in the massacre of the past is interesting. I like the intensity of the content. It makes the reader adjust the mind so that it can't accept it. It can be fun and fun to read. It may be boring because there is nothing wow or amazing, but it is very addictive.
I was a little confused at the end, because the way I told it, I had to go back and read the first chapter and find out if I got it right. Let's say I got it wrong, but it's nice that this is another one of Hankang's that made me go and read it.
Overall, I can read it very much, not very depressed, and not very wow, but I like you to write about "Jeju massacre" before I read it, I don't know that there is this incident, I can read it. If people do, I still know, but this book is nothing, very open the world, there is another view or change the view of Jeju Island, from the beauty of the media to the island that hides bad things.
This is in my favorite category. I'd recommend it, but if I haven't read this writer's stuff, read "The Vetarian" first.

ถ้ากำลังลังเลว่า ‘มิพรากจาก มิอำลา’ เหมาะกับเรามั้ย อันนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ผมอยากเติมจากประสบการณ์อ่านจริง เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจก่อนซื้อ (เล่มไทยของ Page Publishing ราคา 395 บาท ตามปกหลัง) 1) เล่มนี้ “หม่นแบบค่อย ๆ ซึม” ไม่ได้บีบคั้นทันที บรรยากาศจะอึมครึม เงียบ และค่อย ๆ ไล่ระดับความหนักไปเรื่อย ๆ จุดที่ทำให้มันเจ็บไม่ใช่ฉากหวือหวา แต่เป็นความรู้สึกของคนที่ต้องอยู่ “หลังเหตุการณ์” มากกว่า ใครที่กลัวอ่านแล้วจิตตกหนัก ๆ อาจพอไปไหว แต่ก็ยังเป็นความเศร้าที่ติดค้างนะ 2) โครงเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน/ทำโปรเจกต์ และการรับรู้บาดแผลทางประวัติศาสตร์ แกนหลักคือการตามเก็บข้อมูล/เรื่องเล่าเกี่ยวกับ “เหตุการณ์สังหารหมู่ที่เกาะเชจู” ผ่านมุมมองตัวละคร ทำให้เราเห็นว่าความทรงจำส่วนรวมมันส่งผ่านรุ่นสู่รุ่นยังไง บางช่วงอ่านเหมือนกำลังเดินเข้าไปในพื้นที่ต้องห้ามทีละก้าว แล้วใจเราก็เริ่มหนักตาม 3) สไตล์การเล่ามีจังหวะที่ทำให้งงได้ (และไม่ใช่ความผิดของเรา) ผมว่าหลายคนน่าจะมีโมเมนต์แบบ “เดี๋ยว ใครเล่าตอนนี้?” หรือ “ไทม์ไลน์ตัดไปตรงไหนนะ” วิธีรับมือคืออ่านช้าลงนิดนึง และยอมย้อนกลับไป 1–2 หน้า พอจับจังหวะได้แล้วมันจะไหลขึ้นมาก และความว้าวของเล่มนี้คือพอเรา ‘เข้าใจวิธีเล่า’ ทุกอย่างจะกระทบใจทันที 4) แนะนำให้เตรียมตัวก่อนอ่านนิดเดียว จะอินขึ้นมาก ถ้าไม่คุ้นกับเหตุการณ์เชจู ลองหาข้อมูลพื้นฐานสั้น ๆ ก่อนอ่าน (เช่น เกิดอะไรขึ้น ช่วงปีไหน ใครได้รับผลกระทบ) จะช่วยให้เรารับน้ำหนักของเรื่องได้เต็มขึ้น และอ่านแล้วไม่หลุดโฟกัส 5) เหมาะกับใคร / ไม่เหมาะกับใคร เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบวรรณกรรมแปล โทนหม่น ๆ เน้นอารมณ์และบาดแผลทางสังคม ชอบหนังสือที่อ่านแล้วอยากไปค้นข้อมูลต่อ อาจไม่เหมาะถ้าต้องการพล็อตเร็ว ๆ มีจุดพีคชัด ๆ หรือหวังความ “ว้าว” แบบฉับพลัน ส่วนตัวผมมองว่า ‘มิพรากจาก มิอำลา’ เป็นเล่มที่อ่านแล้วภาพเกาะเชจูในหัวเปลี่ยนไปจริง ๆ จากที่เคยเห็นแค่ความสวยงาม กลายเป็นพื้นที่ที่มีเรื่องเลวร้ายซ่อนอยู่ ถ้าอยากลองงานฮันกังและยังไม่แน่ใจแนวทาง แนะนำให้เทียบกับ ‘เดอะเวเจอเทเรียน’ เป็นจุดเริ่มก่อนก็ได้ แล้วค่อยกลับมาเก็บเล่มนี้เพื่ออีกมุมของความหม่นที่ “นิ่ง แต่หนัก”
