This mantra helps me pause and evaluate my actions from a spiritual perspective. Discernment plays a key role here. It goes beyond seeking advice or opinions from others; it’s about prayerfully asking if a decision resonates with the principles found in scripture. For instance, when faced with peer pressure or choices that seem popular but contradict Christian values, I find it helpful to ask, "Does this line up with Christ?" This small yet powerful question has saved me from many regrets. Additionally, putting Christ first transforms not only major decisions but everyday moments. Simple acts like showing kindness, choosing integrity, or offering forgiveness become natural ways to reflect faith outwardly. Sharing reminders like "CHRIST FIRST" with others has also connected me to a community of believers who encourage one another to stay steadfast. I encourage anyone reading this to adopt this mindset: prioritize Christ in everything. Let faith guide your path instead of fleeting trends or opinions.
