Myo-Inositol has gained immense popularity for its efficacy in improving insulin sensitivity and ovulatory function, making it a go-to choice for many individuals navigating PCOS. Additionally, Vitex, or Chaste Tree Berry, is known for its ability to support menstrual regularity and alleviate premenstrual symptoms. Cortisol management is also critical in addressing hormone imbalances. Supplements that aid in stress reduction can be beneficial, as high cortisol levels can exacerbate PCOS symptoms. Furthermore, Geritol, with its combination of B vitamins and iron, helps improve overall energy levels and combat fatigue which is often associated with PCOS. It’s important to consult with healthcare professionals to tailor your supplement intake to your specific needs and to determine which supplements may work best for your symptoms. Regular monitoring and adjustments can lead to improved health outcomes and a better-managed condition.
