🍃 A trip to feel nature and connection at Kifune Shrine in Kyoto 🍃
I went to [Kifune Shrine] standing in the mountains of Kyoto.
When you enter the precincts, the first thing that greets you is the approach to the shrine with long stone steps and red lanterns. Just walking along the green road felt like my heart was clearing up.
In the precincts, there are old sacred trees and Katsura trees, and the power of the branches and leaves spreading toward the sky is simply overwhelming.
Also, the gushing "Shinsui" is pure, and when I put my hands together, my spine stretched strangely.
After the worship, we went to "Kawadoko-ryori," a summer tradition. The luxurious time to eat while listening to the sound of babbling is exactly an experience unique to Kibune. I could taste the coolness and healing with my whole body.
A little away from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto, Kifune Shrine is surrounded by nature and sacred air.

貴船神社の石段は、参拝者を自然と神聖な世界へと誘う大切な要素です。私が訪れた際、この石段はただの道ではなく、歴史と自然が織りなす心の浄化の道だと感じました。苔むした石段の表情や、両脇に並ぶ赤い灯篭が淡い光を放ち、まるで時がゆっくりと流れているかのような静けさが漂っています。 石段を一段一段登るごとに、周囲の緑深い木々の香りと涼やかな風が感じられ、まるで自然と体が一体化するような忙しさを忘れさせる心地よさがありました。特に石段の脇には竹筒の装飾が施されており、そこから伝わる日本古来の風情には、旅の疲れも すっと消えてしまいました。 また、石段を登り切った先にある御神木の桂の木は、その歳月を感じさせる枝葉の広がりから生命力を強く感じ、自然の力強さを実感しました。この御神木の前で手を合わせると、不思議と心が落ち着き、日頃の喧騒から離れて自分自身と向き合うよい機会となりました。 貴船神社の石段は単なる参道ではなく、自然と歴史が融合した癒しの通り道。その風景と空気感は、訪れる人すべてにとって心のリフレッシュになるでしょう。夏場の川床料理と組み合わせて訪れると、五感すべてで貴船の魅力を楽しめるのでおすすめです。ぜひゆっくり時間をかけて、この神秘的な石段の景色を味わいながら歩いてみてください。
