道後温泉の夜って「本館のライトアップを見る」だけでも大満足なんですが、実際に歩いてみると、街並み全体がじわっと綺麗で“夜散歩向き”でした。私が回ってよかった流れを、道後温泉本館の夜景色メインで紹介します。 まずは道後温泉本館へ。正面のライトアップはもちろん、少し離れて見ると周囲の明かりとの対比で建物の輪郭がより際立ちます。写真を撮るなら、真正面だけじゃなく斜め方向から屋根瓦の重なりを入れると雰囲気が出やすかったです。混み合う時間は人が写りやすいので、少し待ってシャッターを切るのがおすすめ。 次に道後ハイカラ通り（商店街）へ。夜はネオンや店先の照明で歩くだけでも楽しく、温泉街らしい“そぞろ歩き”ができます。私は食べ歩きよりも、街灯と看板の光を眺めながらゆっくり歩くのが癒しでした。道後温泉街の夜散歩をしたい人は、この通りを挟むだけで満足度が上がります。 放生園のからくり時計は、時間になると一気に人が集まる人気スポット。夜は赤いライトが印象的で、少し引きで撮ると時計台の存在感が出ます。石灯籠越しに覗く角度も雰囲気が良くて、和の要素が強まる感じがしました。 さらに静かに歩きたいなら「空の散歩道」へ。足元のライトで石碑の文字がふわっと浮かび上がって、想像以上に幻想的。高台なので風が通る日もあり、温泉上がりに行くなら羽織ものがあると安心です。 最後に湯神社へ。温泉街の賑わいから少し離れて、境内がしんと落ち着いた空気に変わるのがよかったです。夜は足元が暗い箇所もあるので、無理せず明るい時間帯と組み合わせても◎。 道後温泉本館のライトアップを軸に、街並み→からくり時計→空の散歩道→湯神社の流れにすると、夜の道後温泉を“歩いて楽しむ”感じがしっかり味わえました。
