👍Pros : the pay (depending on your state) can be great, having to constantly be positive with the kids helps me to stay positive outside of my job as well, i have a chronic pain condition and the job can be pretty calm most of the time (with obvious exceptions)

🤔Cons: you absolutely ALWAYS have to keep your cool. for me this is no issue at all but i could see it being an issue for some. you always have to be at your best, regardless of how you feel due to whatever circumstances.
