NVIDIA results
NVIDIA reported earnings for the latest quarter higher than analysts expected, with earnings per share of $1.62 on revenue of $68.13 billion, driven primarily by a 75% growth in its data center business on the current of still strong AI infrastructure demand.
However, stocks fell more than 3 percent after the announcement and pressured other semiconductor stocks to fall amid a "sell-by-the-news" atmosphere and investor concerns about the sustainability of long-term AI investments, including geopolitical uncertainties, particularly the Chinese market.
