Healthy baked cornflake chicken tender recipe! 🫶

🐓 Ingredients 🧂

- 1 package chicken tenderloins

- two eggs

- 3 cups corn flakes

- cooking spray or neutral oil

- salt

- pepper

- garlic powder

- paprika

✏️ instructions 📝

- set oven to 350 degrees F

- in a food processor add corn flakes and seasoning

- blend for a few seconds until you get a breadcrumb consistency

- set aside in a bowl

- in a separate bowl beat 2 eggs

- lightly spray or grease a cooking sheet

- dip each chicken tender into egg mixture, then into cornflake mixture evenly coating

- put tenders on tray a few inches apart

- place in the oven for 25 minutes

- let cool and serve with your favorite dipping sauces!
